Rotational Newborn Care (ROTA Specialization)
I specialize in rotational newborn care placements within ultra-high-net-worth households.
Rotational Newborn Care Specialists (ROTA NCS) work an alternating schedule — commonly two weeks on / two weeks off — providing full-spectrum newborn support during their rotation while maintaining continuity within the household team structure.
During rotation, I provide:

• Safe sleep implementation and overnight coverage
• Developmentally appropriate routine building
• Documentation and tracking
• Parent education and confidence building
• Seamless collaboration with household staff

What Is ROTA?
ROTA (Rotational) care allows families to maintain 24/7 newborn coverage while providing professionals with structured rest periods off rotation.
During active rotation:
• Shifts are typically 12+ hours
• Private sleeping quarters are provided within the home
• Continuity between rotational team members is prioritized
This model is ideal for families with demanding schedules, multiple residences, or travel requirements.

Rates
Base Rate: $70/hour
Overtime Rate: $105/hour (for hours exceeding 40 per week)
Travel placements require:
• Provided accommodations
• Daily per diem
• Interview and deposit to secure placement
Due to the nature of my work, all placements require discretion agreements and formalized contracts.
Availability
I am currently booked through May 2027.
Beginning May 2027 and beyond, I am accepting inquiries for:
• ROTA team placements
• Local rotational contracts
• Fly-in / fly-out domestic placements
• International rotational contracts
Out-of-state clients are welcomed. Clients are responsible for travel accommodations and associated flight costs for fly-in/fly-out roles.
